If you cancel any of the paying plans within 30 days of signing up, you won't be charged anything. After the 30-day trial, you can still cancel at any time and you won't be charged again. Refunds can not be issued after the 30-day trial, and we don't prorate for partial months.

You can change your plan at any time in the Account Settings area of the console. You will immediately gain access to the capabilities of the newest plan you've selected, but you won't be charged the new plan rate until your next cycle date.

If you sign up for the Demo plan you are no longer eligible for our 30-day free trial. When upgrading from the Demo plan you will be able to use all of the features you're upgrading to right away, and will immediately be charged at the new package rate. You can upgrade from the Demo plan at any time, but you can not downgrade to a Demo plan.

We only charge you for how much of a video is actually watched. That means you can easily calculate how many minutes you might use based on the duration of your video and estimated traffic. On our 10,000 minute plan for example, you could have a 2 minute video be seen all the way through (even though most videos aren't watched all the way through) 5,000 times before you would need more bandwidth. If instead, the average time spent watching that video is 1 minute, then it can be seen 10,000 times before being charged for additional minutes. You can log into your Warp console at any time to view your current usage, make plan changes, or even instruct us not to charge you for additional minutes outside of your included plan.
